Available on
OFF is a native iOS app designed to help users build healthier digital habits.
It allows users to start focus sessions that block selected apps for a fixed period, set usage limits, and define schedules for specific hours (for example, during work hours, before sleep, or right after waking up).
My role
I built the product end-to-end, including product design, app architecture, implementation, and UX decisions around strict digital disconnection.
Problem solved
Most digital wellbeing tools are too easy to bypass, which weakens consistency and makes habit change difficult.
Solution and impact
OFF combines strong app-blocking rules, schedule-based control, and actionable usage stats so users can reduce distraction and stay committed to their limits.
Estimated early metrics (pilot)
- Average daily social-app screen time dropped ~34% after 14 days.
- ~63% of users completed at least 5 focus sessions per week.
- ~41% reduction in block-skip attempts after stricter flow iteration.
